We had to sell our home during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic from across the country after the home had been a rental for several years and our renters decided to vacate the property. She both calmed our fears and provided invaluable guidance from the moment the renters vacated through the final sale. She completed an initial walk through to provide suggestions for needed repairs, assisted with connecting us with contractors to complete the repairs and upgrades, and had a wonderful eye for assisting with aesthetic choices to appeal to buyers. Proven professional and communicator!
We can't say enough good things about Elizabeth's skills in helping us sell our home. We moved out of state and needed a Realtor that would be qualified to step into a role of taking charge on our behalf on a daily basis. Elizabeth fit the bill perfectly. She really went above and beyond the call of duty working with an absentee seller from initial marketing material, enlisting contractor bids for work to be done and taking great care of us right up to the closing. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. She was quick and fast when it came to finding available homes that met our criteria and scheduling showings the same day so we didn’t miss out. She was professional, prompt and very responsive through the whole process. She guided us through negotiations and helped us find everything we wanted in our first home. As first time homebuyers, she was great about walking us through the entire process from beginning the search to the closing. Elizabeth is a true industry professional!

We are so lucky we found Elizabeth!!! She helped us buy our new home and sell our previous home, and I truly do not think we could have done it without her. She communicates promptly, made us feel empowered as buyers, and kept us hopeful as sellers. We decided to move at the end of February, and everything was wrapped by the beginning of June.

After the inspection came back unsatisfactory we decided to lower our offer on the new home - Elizabeth successfully negotiated our new offer!
Our old home needed a repair that the new buyers demanded, and we could not find a contractor anywhere who would take the project - Elizabeth found a contractor!
When she arrived with the contractor, there had been a break-in - Elizabeth filed a police report for us!

Elizabeth helped us from start to close on a home as first-time buyers in a seller's market. We had several criteria for our future home, especially moving from out-of-state, and Elizabeth was amazing to work with from inception. She worked with us to find homes we wanted to tour, got us showings as early as possible on our limited weekend trips to Michigan, advised us on bids that were comfortable for us, and was with us every step of the way.
